In order to join co-op, you must read and fill out a Co-op Guidelines and Rules Form for your family.

There is a $25 fee per family, per year to participate. This fee covers all supplies. The fee and the application must be turned in simultaneously. You may turn in the completed form to any board member when you arrive at co-op or mail it to the CHEF of RR address.
